My bruises and battle scars. My love and laughter. I ask you to bring your whole self too and together, we will figure it out. Julia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Connecticut and New York. Julia attended Brown University for her undergraduate education and she holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychotherapy from Columbia University School of Social Work. With a background in private and public school education, school social work, executive functioning coaching, adolescent development, Division I college athletics, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD management, family dynamics and program development, she will meet you or your family and together, you can make a plan for your care. She is part therapist, executive functions coach, accountability-partner, problem solver, teammate, leadership adviser, personal organization counselor, work-life balance advocate, teen to parent translator, strategy partner and everything in between. Before transitioning to private practice, Julia was the Clinical Director at Backcountry Wellness, an eating disorder treatment center in Greenwich, Connecticut where she oversaw all clinical programming and provided psychotherapy to adolescents and their families.
