Hello! My name is Julia Polland and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and practice owner of Evolve Therapy Group, LLC. I graduated from Quinnipiac University, Graduate School of Social Work and I offer individual, group, couple, and family therapy. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, bipolar, and more. I also have experience with pre-teen and adolescent psychotherapy and unlike many other therapists I will work with parents and other providers, offering support and insight that will elicit positive change for not just my client, but the whole family.
