Introduction

Are you looking for a geeky, kink/BDSM-aware therapist? Do you need someone to hold the space for topics such as incest, sexual abuse, or rape fantasy? Don't know how to talk about the nuances of identifying as a furry or a little? Are you trying to make sense of sexuality in an abstinence-only culture? Want help navigating poly or asexual relationships? I'm passionate about empowering people's pleasure, validating identity, and processing sexual trauma and abuse. I specialize in helping people change negative beliefs about themselves through techniques that tap into the brain's natural ability to update memories. --- I know being vulnerable fkn sucks. I was a client too. Actually, a few times. I'm familiar with the shame of growing up thinking there's something wrong with you. So, I became a therapist to create a healing experience that truly feels inviting and non-judgmental. I'm from Nashville, TN. I got my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Austin Peay State University in 2018. I started my career journey by supporting survivors of sexual trauma and abuse and branched out to start my own practice in early 2023.When I'm not helping people to talk about sex and bodies, my introvert self is usually hidden away listening to metal and drawing spooky shit, making my partner (consensually) watch horror movies with me, or cleaning up something my dog, Biscuit, destroyed; his favorite thing is crime.
