It’s common that the relationships we have in our lives can get confusing, and we need the space to understand what’s going on for ourselves. Life can be incredibly overwhelming when we are attempting to balance our own needs, yet alone the needs of others. It would be my greatest privilege to help unpack what you may want and need from your life. I use a psychodynamic and a relational lens in my work. I help my clients explore their past, and how it affects their present. I also like to examine with my clients how the relationships in life, such as romantic, friendship, work, and family, may impact one’s well-being. As a certified couples therapist, I have training to help couples and individuals learn how to make the best out of themselves and the connections they have. I do not have the answers, but I can help you figure out your own specialized answer and provide guidance to those answers you are looking for.
