At Roots Therapy, I accompany you on a journey of self-exploration and self-love through existential theory, relational wellness & emotion-focused therapy. My approach allows you to address questions of meaning and purpose. I also use a strengths-based approach that empowers clients to be courageous and resilient. We incorporate physical movement into our practice so that you can better understand the relationship between your mind and body. I grew up in Tennessee where I developed my passion for the outdoors and psychology. I earned a Bachelor’s in Dietetics and minored in International Agriculture and Natural Resources while studying at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. In the future, I will be opening a therapeutic farm that integrates my love of mindfulness, plants, and the outdoors. In my spare time, I’m running the trails in Colorado, climbing rocks and attempting to grow vegetables.
