Introduction

Making a good connection with you, making sure you feel heard, understood, and validated: these are the start of healing. Having the experience of being deeply listened to helps turn down the noise, so you can hear what the Quakers call “the still small voice” within yourself. This experience is all some people need to start making progress in their lives. People who have worked with me have said, "I know myself better now" and "I'm on my side now." We will find and focus on the truths in your body and mind. We will breathe together, and possibly use processing methods such as EMDR and Flash Technique, in order to help "digest" difficult experiences and emotions. With time, you may come to see your experiences -- and yourself -- in a new light.
