I am passionate about supporting people to make meaningful change in their life. My therapy style is relational, purposeful, strength-based and tailoring to each individual's unique needs and identity. I hope you will find my office to be a supportive, trusting, safe space for you to explore the struggles and challenges you experience in life. It is very important to me that you feel heard and seen in therapy with me. We will take the time to explore and celebrate the important aspects of your identity. I also believe that you need more than empathetic listening to get “un-stuck” in life. We will work together to identify your strengths, goals and an effective therapeutic approach that makes sense to you. It is my hope that you will find therapy to be a rewarding experience where you receive compassion, empowerment, and tools/strategies to make meaningful changes in your life.
