I help my clients find new opportunities for peace and joy in their lives by guiding them through their own unique healing process, and I would love to help with yours. I’m a dedicated advocate with decades of diverse experience across healthcare and social services. My experience includes hospice & palliative social work, working with individuals facing substance use disorder, pharmacy and as a court-appointed children's advocate. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. How I Can Help Personalized Loss & Grief Counseling: Each person's process when working through a loss is different and unique. There is no right or wrong way. I will help you navigate your complex emotions and the challenges that come after losing an important person, or cherished pet in your life. Emotional Support: In a safe environment, you can feel free to express your feelings openly without fear of judgment. Coping Strategies: While navigating the daily impact of dealing with your loss & grief you will learn coping skills designed to help you regain a sense of control and find moments of peace and comfort. Resilience Building: We will focus on building your inner strength and resilience so you can begin to move forward with hope and confidence. Holistic Approach: Grief affects both mind and body. I incorporate holistic practices to promote overall well-being. One-Time Session: Not quite ready for weekly therapy but need someone to listen? Whether you're looking to talk through a specific issue or gain some objective feedback, I'm here to help. This session offers a one-time opportunity to release stress, gain clarity, and clear your mind.
