Introduction

At Balm of Gilead Christian Counseling Center, LLC, therapy is approached from a systems perspective. i.e. every facet of life is considered in goal-setting. Our clients are therefore able to work towards well-rounded solutions. We work with clients in a variety of formats, including individually, as couples and as families. Our clinicians have been trained and are experienced in individual and systemic approaches to therapy (SFBT, Attachment-based therapy, EFT/EFIT/EFFT, Family systems, Narrative therapy), EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Story-Informed Trauma Therapy and using Prepare-Enrich (for couples). Depending on what model we use in sessions, we may act as a coach, teacher, facilitator, directive expert, or collaborator. All clinicians at Balm of Gilead have their Christian faith central to them both personally and professionally. We are willing to integrate prayer and scripture into sessions for those who share our faith. However, we are trained and experienced in providing psychotherapy to people with other beliefs. Take the next step and make an appointment today, your future self will be appreciative. WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR BILLING AND CREDENTIALING AS WELL. PLEASE CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION.
