Are you the type of person who gets stressed out and don’t know where to go next? Coping skills are developed at a very young age and if they aren’t fully developed that is where most people struggle. I as a therapist can help guide you into developing healthy coping skills. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, life stressors such as new relationships, marital counseling, grief/loss, family struggles, substance use and parenthood. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and a qualified supervisor for mental health and marriage and family registered interns. I provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families and have fully transitioned to telehealth only. It is not only convenient for my family but many of my clients love the flexibility as well. I can offer more hours that include mornings, afternoons and evenings.
