Introduction

Is your life feeling out of control? Is anxiety or depression keeping you from living the life you want? Are you having trouble sleeping or concentrating? Are you troubled by thoughts of the past or fears for the future? Do you have a child who has anxiety or depression? I have specialties in trauma informed care, anxiety and panic disorders, depression; domestic violence victim therapy, and grief. I treat adults, teens and children. I love being a therapist and seeing clients develop change into a life worth living. I am currently using telehealth sessions only. I will begin in person therapy again in July 2021.
