Introduction

Everyone has the ability to heal themselves with unconditional positive guidance. I am a licensed mental health counselor and a certified yoga instructor. I believe that psychotherapy in conjunction with accessing the mind-body connection within individuals and relationships is the key to improving any situation. I use a holistic spiritually-focused therapy process grounded in neuroscience, sub-conscious energy healing, traditional psychology and yoga. I specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, and achieving divine self-worth through finding the authentic self. I specialize in depression, anxiety, & trauma. I use traditional psychotherapy along with a vast range of tools that include EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing therapy , IMAGO for couples, yoga, mindfulness, & trauma-focused yoga therapy. I make sure each individual, relationship, and/or family system gets what they need. EMDR, TF-CBT, mindfulness, attachment-focused therapy, Post-partum disorders, spiritual direction, maternal mental health, dyadic therapy, IMAGO relationship therapy, yoga therapy, sound baths, and Usui Reiki.
