Introduction

As a culturally and racially-eclectic therapist, my experiences and education in life have helped my clients address and work on their most intimate life challenges, including their religious trauma, racial trauma, interracial family challenges, and multicultural developmental challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma treatment using evidence-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My evidence-based approach has been valuable for medical professionals (Doctors, PA,s, and nurses) for workplace stress-related short-term treatment. My approach is not to make your life easier, but rather to work together to make you stronger for life. My diverse life and professional experiences have helped my clients become stronger family members, friends, partners, co-workers, and most importantly a stronger you.
