Introduction

Jude is a master’s level clinician, nationally certified and an associate professional counselor. He is also a certified EMDR clinician specializing in helping and supporting adults and teens with symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related challenges. His approach is simple: “making humans feel humane”. He utilizes evidence-based interventions like person-centered approaches, CBT and OARS among others to make healing a holistic approach while bringing meaning to every encounter. By focusing on the whole person, rather than just their symptoms, Okeke ensures that clients receive comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. This holistic approach fosters long-term well-being and helps individuals build resilience against future challenges. It also allows for more personalized treatment plans.
