There, you can become curious about your thoughts, feelings and actions, explore how your past is influencing your life today and confront the repeating patterns of emotional reaction and behavior that get in the way of your finding satisfaction in your relationships and work. In my practice, I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, problems of adjustment to stages of life, work related stress, relationship problems, transitions and coping with the effects of trauma.
