Introduction
When we experience discomfort or find ourselves unable to deal with a situation, we resort to mechanisms that cause us to disconnect. I provide a methodology for reintegrating the various parts of yourself which will allow effective coping, personal development, and wholeness. I have in-depth experience and training in Gestalt therapy, somatics, and psychodynamics. While no session is the same, a typical session involves dialogue and exploration of bodily process and inner/outer conflicts. My priority is to provide you with a transparent and supportive space where you can safely reexamine your life and attempt new ways of being. My goal is to assist you in becoming who you were meant to be. Together we will identify what gets in the way of your authenticity and work towards tapping into your vitality and reconnection to yourself and others. I bring lived experiences as a bilingual and bicultural individual, and I offer in-person (Bay Area) and Telehealth (State of CA) therapy in English and Spanish.
