Introduction

I am truly passionate about mental health - after working in Corporate America for 25 years - and having a therapist on and off for 15 years - I know 1st hand how therapy can help others manage their life better. I am a trauma certified therapist and use CBT & Solution Focused Therapy to assist my clients. I believe in educating my clients so that they understand what is going on in their lives. I believe that therapy is a partnership between the client and the therapist - you as the client know yourself better than I do & you know why you decided to come to counseling. I try to learn as much about you and the reason that you came to counseling; then I use my knowledge and experience to assist you in your process of moving toward your goals. I am licensed in Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana.
