Introduction

It can be hard to cope in this ever-changing world. I enjoy working with my clients and/or their families to find their “JOY” again in life. Do you want more out of life? Do you want more than what a life coach or an accountability coach has to offer such as therapy with a licensed therapist with actual behavior management training and over 20 years experience? Your treatment should NOT feel like a fast-food drive thru. FREE 10-MINUTE PHONE CONSULTATION for new clients only. I am accepting new clients in-person (office) and for online (telehealth/virtual therapy sessions) counseling appointments that reside in the state of Ohio. All services are by appointment only. My goal is to guide you, your family and/or your child through an in-depth diagnostic assessment and individualized treatment plan so you or your child feels and functions better. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families to manage their mental health symptoms and/or disability needs. My specialty is working with neurodivergent clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and/or clients that may process information or their emotions differently. Additionally, I offer the following areas of focus: therapy for women, addressing specific issues such as dating and relationships, anxiety, PTSD, and stress. Your initial assessment may take 1.5 hours, I provide a thorough intake process in order to get to know your or your family’s treatment needs. My office is conveniently located on 224 in Poland, Ohio (3 buildings from the post office). My office is unfortunately not handicapped accessible & is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Private entrance on the side of the building. I am open Mon-Fri with evening appointments available. I offer telehealth (video therapy sessions) & face-to-face (in-office) appointments.
