I hope to explore with you the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can be key in becoming unstuck, living by your values, and building a meaningful life. I work primarily with adolescents and adults struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression. I integrate elements of Evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
