Introduction

My name is Joy Foss. I am passionate in holding hope, guiding those who are struggling with loss, pain, fear and being a safe place for individuals who have experienced traumas. I am driven and work with individuals trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I am trained in EMDR, Brain Spotting, CBT, and grief. Life can be frightening finding someone to hold hope for you, or share the most intimate details of your world. I would be honored to be a safe haven for you as you walk through your journey.
