Introduction

I I am a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with a strong belief that the most important part of therapy is to establish a safe and trusting relationship with my clients which will be conducive to their personal growth. I also believe in the innate capacity of the human spirit to overcome adversity and experience healing. My specialties include working with individuals wanting to process: grief and loss, anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, immigration experiences and divorce or marital issues. I have over 35 years of experience working with individuals, families, and adolescents in a variety of settings. I help my clients to focus on their own strengths. Through a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR and Solution Focused Therapy, I help clients find their own capacity to heal from past trauma and create their own solutions. I offer compassion, hope and experience!
