Introduction

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing therapy to children, teens and their families. I am dedicated to supporting you in your therapeutic goals to help you feel more grounded and at peace. I approach therapy from a strengths based perspective, using your own strengths as a foundation to build on. I incorporate different therapeutic techniques, such as DBT, CBT, solution focused and art therapy. In therapy we will work collaboratively to identify goals and challenges, process experiences, and work on developing and strengthening coping skills.
