Introduction

I am a San Francisco-based psychologist in private practice since 2016. From personal experience, I know the struggle to overcome self-limiting beliefs, attachment ruptures and trauma. With an extensive background in trance states, mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral approaches alongside a somatic and parts work focus, I typically work with folks at the intersection of neurodiversity, POC and queer identity as well as alternative relational dynamics (eg CNM). In-person and Telehealth including both traditional talk and experientially-grounded modalities.
