Hi, I’m Josh! If you’ve been struggling with depression, anxiety, or the overwhelming complexities of life—or if you’re carrying the weight of past traumas and feel stuck in pain—I’m here to help. I have undergone a lot of training in multiple types of therapy that can help you take back control of your life and be more aligned with who you want to be and live the life you want. I use these different types of therapy to find a custom fit for you. Our experiences are not a one-size-fits-all and neither should your treatment. I have been trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and various trauma models. I work with individuals and couples, men and women, and I work with almost all ages. I am experienced in trauma treatment, challenges in marriages and couples, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, and life dissatisfaction.
