Introduction

Still find yourself overwhelmed by the pandemic, working from home, and dealing with social restrictions and the media? The added burdens to this “new way of life” can really make anxiety and depression feel debilitating. Do you find yourself Obsessing over the news? Wondering what this new future might bring and being consumed by dread? I understand how you feel, that is for sure. You’re not alone. During our time together, I will walk beside you as we navigate the newness around us. We will work on various techniques and learn new skills to help you cope with the vast and sudden changes. Because I view each of my clients as individuals that deserves the respect, dignity, and empathy, each session together will be tailored to meet you specific circumstances. There is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I would be honored for the opportunity to join you on your journey toward healing and self-growth. I provide specific techniques and cognitive behavioral tools, coaching my clients to apply insights to the problems we have identified. I strive to provide clear direction and insight for achieving tangible results.
