Also, I support adults experiencing chronic anxiety along with racing thoughts, shortness of breath, increased heart rate, and debilitating fear and worry that impacts their daily lives. Using therapy combined with deep breathing, meditation techniques, and thought exercises, my clients learn to self-regulate and calm their anxious thought patterns.
