Welcome! Since 2006, I have been helping my clients find a better way to manage a variety of challenges in their everyday lives. Many involve some level of anxiety, an adjustment to some type of new situation, or both. My career in counseling began in graduate school at the adolescent intensive outpatient program at Morristown Medical Center. Following graduation, I joined a group practice in Morristown, NJ that focused on individual and family counseling and therapy. Many of the families we had the privilege to work with had a member with some form of gastrointestinal illness. This included Celiac Disease, Colitis, and Crohn's Disease. In addition to being a professional counselor, I have also worked as an entrepreneur in the technology sector for 20 years. I am an exercise enthusiast, a writer, and I believe finding a way to leverage what you love to do can be your greatest asset in creating lasting, positive change.
