Introduction

Together, we can find healing and meaning in relationship. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or distress, you don’t have to carry that on your own. I am passionate about joining individuals and couples to address those places where you feel distressed or stuck. I believe that finding new ways to relate to others can bring growth and purpose in your life. I provide care to couples and individuals. I have received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT; Externship) which I use to treat couples as well as individuals. In addition, I have received training EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing; Level 2) which is an approach designed to help survivors of trauma regain their balance and reduce distressing symptoms. I am also trained in the Gottman Method couples model (Level 2). I have experience working with couples, families, children, and individuals with a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and family relational issues. Let’s discover the path that will help you along your journey.
