My passion is guiding people through trauma recovery, and all of the challenges of living with trauma, so you can connect and engage with your life and get to living. I believe it can and does get better. I have extensive experience with trauma recovery since the start of my career. My journey started with community social services in the early 2000s. That experience taught me the complex and pervasive impacts trauma has on people and communities. I have since dedicated myself to trauma recovery. Almost 10 years now. I have treated patients in partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and hospital outpatient settings. This experience has given me a deep and wide understanding of what it takes to recover from the impacts of trauma in order to get to living life instead of having life live you. A little bit about me. I am a divorced dad of a very energetic son. I love the outdoors, even in wintertime. I don't know when I started loving the cold weather. I am also an unnatural morning person. Coffee helps with that.
