Introduction

Individual Therapy I work with individuals who want to feel better. Using an empathetic, acceptance-based approach, my clients increase awareness and insight into the past and present. They gain self-acceptance and take more control in their lives. If you experience depression, anxiety, identity concerns, or just want to feel more satisfied in your life, I may be able to help. Couple Therapy Couples often come to therapy because they become stuck in patterns that aren’t working. Frequent arguments, emotional distance, stigma from the outside world… I work to interrupt couples’ cycles of conflict and strengthen what does work. Affirmative Therapy Whether you are exploring your identity, working through a transition, or fully out and living an integrated life, clients often desire support around issues of gender and sexuality. I have specialized training in trans, gender-nonconforming, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and queer issues. I am passionate about serving this population and would love to work with you, however you identify.
