Our practice focuses on supporting the individual as well as the whole family while providing individualized trauma informed therapy. Our practice is located in the heart of Red Bank, NJ in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Joe Zdeb Jr. LCSW specializes in working with those who have been impacted by trauma. He obtained his Master's in Social Work from Kean University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). After working in numerous settings with children, adolescents, and adults who are attempting to cope with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges he opened his private practice in 2011. Joe works with those facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, adoption, and relationship conflict. With nearly 20 years of coaching athletics he also works with many athletes and performers. Joe is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is trained in Sand Play Therapy. He utilizes these modalities as well as others such as: Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Amanda Graham, LCSW enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. She uses creative approaches such as art, sand, and play with traditional talk therapy in her practice. Amanda completed a certificate program in Adoption from Rutgers University as well as in depth trainings in Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) and ARC Grow. Andrea Buelo-Vitollo, LPC specializes in working with individuals who have been impacted with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, adoption, attachment issues, LGBTQIA+ related issues, and relationship/family conflicts. Andrea completed a certificate program in Adoption from Rutgers University as well as in depth trainings in Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) and ARC-Grow. She is currently in the process of completing an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health learning cohort through Montclair State University that includes certification in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Daytime and Evening appointments offered. Upon your initial visit you will have the opportunity to explain what brings you to therapy and find out if it is right for you.
