We all can create and live the lives we desire; to experience the satisfaction that comes from conquering the challenges of life. Things such as anxiety, sadness and even anger are experiences we all encounter that are sometimes difficult to manage. I like to use my 10+ years of experience to help clients maximize their potential. My goal as a therapist is to assist in developing and implementing positive coping abilities, effective social skills and problem-solving strategies that come naturally, with the purpose of improving a level of happiness and fulfillment. My therapeutic style puts clients in the driver’s seat while supporting their goals and empowering them to make the best decisions for their desired outcome. I also offer Life Coaching sessions for the issues that are not suitable for therapy. Issues may include career changes, relationships, financial difficulties, or work/life balance.
