Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help Pennsylvania teens and adults to thrive amidst adversity. I specialize in issues around meaning, purpose, self-esteem, relationships, and transitions. I enjoy working with motivated clients, couples, and families, helping them to explore their challenges: guilt, shame, anger, trauma, suicidality, addiction, self-harm, and more. Focal points of my counseling include relational and system theory therapy. Part of my individual skill-set as a clinician is to utilize empathy, curiosity, and compassion as a tool to help individuals flourish in challenging, but meaningful ways. Working as a therapist has been perhaps the greatest privilege of my life. Witnessing my clients’ growth and development provides me with my own sense of meaning and purpose, and I’m excited to help you discover yours – whatever that may be.
