Clinical Approach and Expertise Findley works with children, adolescents, and adults to overcome OCD and other anxiety-related disorders such as body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), health anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and phobias. Findley is trained in the strongest evidence-based approaches to treating these conditions: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Findley has completed ERP training through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute and the Cognitive Behavior Institute. While his approach to treating OCD is grounded in ERP, he also incorporates ACT and CBT. Findley receives weekly consultations with Dr. Martinez to collaborate on cases and further develop his knowledge and skill set. Professional Leadership Findley regularly presents and international conferences like the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and presents at local conferences to spread awareness and educate other clinicians on the evidence-based treatment of OCD.
