Introduction

INVEST in yourself! My passion is walking with people through life's victories and difficulties. With a combined 25 years of pastoral counseling and clinical experience, I take a holistic, collaborative, and strength-based approach to counseling. I believe everyone can change and grow. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in working with adults with stress, depression, and anxiety. I also work with couples and families to improve communication, lessen conflict, and create healthy family dynamics. I am also a certified grief counselor and have worked with people struggling with addiction. I am a native Californian, happily married for 29 years with 3 wonderful adult children.
