The Mindful Kaizen was created because I know life can present extremely challenging situations. It can feel like there is little to no hope that things will change. I have a passion for working with couples and individuals experiencing a myriad of difficult life circumstances including issues related to communication, relationships, infidelity, sex, intimacy, anxiety, trauma, depression, and adjusting to significant life changes.
