Introduction

Do you battle anxiety and stress in the form of racing thoughts that don't seem to go away? Or full blown panic attacks that seem to knock the breathe out of you and keep you immobilized? I've been there. I truly believe every experience in my life has molded me and shifted me for the better. Through every hardship I’ve encountered I actually pulled through and gained more on the other end. My life started to change the most when I stopped asking “Why does this keep happening to me?” and I started to ask myself “What am I meant to learn from this?” and “How can I grow from this?” I believe the same can happen for you. I use CBT and Person centered therapy tp help you achieve your goals and healing and am also in the process of studying EMDR to better help my clients heal from past trauma.
