Some of our specialties include: Dealing with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, stress, irritability, sleep issues, smoking cessation. We treat trauma survivors who have suffered a tremendous loss due to suicide, accidents, injuries, or are recovering from a childhood or adulthood abuse/neglect issue including incest, domestic violence, mental/physical/financial abuse) and/or depression, anxiety. We work with Veterans, healthcare providers, and those dealing with PTSD. Left untreated, stress disorders from both natural and man-made issues can turn into PTSD. PTSD sufferers often lose connection with others, struggle on the job and with personal relationships. We are here to help. We offer innovative and evidence-based treatment to help our clients recover from mental health symptoms and traumatic situations. These interventions may include EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, Hypnotherapy. Several of our providers are intimately familiar with BIPOC issues and the challenges facing the LGBTQ+ community; everyone is welcome at our practice. Our providers are compassionate, kind and will honor your pain and walk with you to find solutions to help you with your particular situation.
