My name is Jordan and I've had the privilege to work with clients in a wide range of life stages and situations - from inpatient or residential treatment to incarceration to college campuses - I've come to find in every setting that all of us are just doing our best. My hope is to help you find that next best step to make life a little more doable. Whether it be eating disorders, trauma, spiritual/religious concerns, identity, or relationships - I'm more than willing to lend a hand (or a listening ear). I don't promise to know all the answers, but I'm more than willing to help you find the right questions to further your growth and recovery. I often describe myself as thriving in the gray area of life - especially when it comes to self-care and the relationship between mind & body. I've specialized in eating disorders, body image, and disordered eating over the past few years and am now working toward my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist -CEDS- credential. I have additional focused experience and education in trauma, addiction, dissociation, and human development. Along the way I've worked with unique populations including clergy, professional athletes, veterans, first responders, and performers. While I am able and willing to offer therapeutic support from a Christian perspective, it's not a requirement to incorporate faith in our work together. If I'm not the right fit for you, I'm happy to help find someone that is - so let's talk. I am currently offering virtual and in-person appointments. I am not able to accept insurance at this time, however I do work with a sliding-scale approach to finances.
