Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, ADD/ADHD,
Insurance: Blue Cross

Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. I work primarily with young and middle aged adults for individual therapy. My favorite part of working with clients is seeing their growth as they work towards their goals. My approach to therapy is to meet my clients where they are at and to encourage their existing strengths. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and strengths based. I have practice working with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, life changes, trauma, depression and relationship challenges. I know starting therapy can be a daunting process. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation if you are interested.
