Introduction

I work with children, teens, and adults. I have a deep passion for advocating for children, teens, and adults who are seeking help, impacted by trauma, or who want to nurture their mental health. Throughout my experience as a counselor at a Children’s Advocacy Center, I have seen the impact of how mental health affects relationships, families, physical health, career aspirations, and one's well-being. I am dedicated to providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and trusting environment where you or your child will feel heard, understood, and delighted in. I will take a holistic approach to understanding you or your child, your values, and your goals to provide guidance and serve as the guardrails for you or your child’s psychological and emotional growth. I am supervised by Kelly Pullen, MA, LPC-S, RPT and Courtney King, MA, LPC-S. I would love to hear from you! You may call or email me to schedule a 20-minute free consultation call to determine whether we are a good fit and answer any questions you may have.
