Introduction

It's one thing to be in a relationship... it's another to maintain a relationship. Two people trying to grow with one another doesn't always seem to be easy. I believe a healthy "we” should be begin with considering “me”! I desire to empower couple/family relationships to think critically, empathetically, and authentically. If/When are able to encounter these attributes in our relationships we can grow healthier boundaries, positive communication, and longevity. Too many relationships fail because of lack of knowledge or insight about ourselves and the ones we are closest to. Let's make the relationship a priority!
