Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist coming up on (10)-years of clinical experience with over 150 consumers treated to date. I focus on young adults (18 to 24), and adults (25 to 65+). Although I am trained in EMDR, I adhere more to CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing approaches while cultivating the individual experience. In addition to these approaches, I treat: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, neurodivergent issues, ADHD, bipolar disorder, burn out, and life transitions (e.g., graduation, career moves, relocation, loss of relationship such as a break up or divorce, etc.).
