I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Louisiana. I am also a Registered Play Therapist. I received my Masters of Health Sciences in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling in 2019. I have 5+ years working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting. I also have experience working as a school counselor in the Greater New Orleans area. As play therapist, I believe in the therapeutic power of play. I believe that we can grow and heal through play. When I work with clients, I use a non-directive approach such as Child-Centered Play Therapy. I have also received training in Synergetic Play Therapy® and utilize that as well with my clients. I believe it is important for caregivers to be apart of the therapeutic process which means I offer parent consultations throughout a child's therapeutic journey.
