Introduction

My approach is designed to help individuals and couples alter their behaviors and experiences through scientifically proven methods grounded in the power of relationship and the brain's ability to restructure itself. I have completed training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), an approach purposed towards helping individuals process past trauma and wounds, and level 1 and level 2 clinical trainings in Gottman method couples therapy.
