If you're coming in with a partner or family member, I’ll help you move past common traps like defensiveness, criticism, or shutting down. We’ll build practical tools to help you listen more openly, express yourself clearly, create accountability, and rebuild trust and connection. If you're coming in individually, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. I take a strength-based, client-centered approach: identifying the strengths you already have and building the skills and insight you need to feel more confident, capable, and in control. In my practice, I strive to create a collaborative space that is both challenging and encouraging.
