Introduction

Do you ever feel as though you are trapped by feelings of anxiety, loneliness, or helplessness? When people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for us to feel as though our lives are unraveling and become trapped in negative thinking patterns. If you feel weighed down by the pressures of societal expectations or experience difficulties in developing relationships, come and talk to me. Together, we will work on strategies that will allow you to address the root causes of your struggles and build skills that will help you overcome the barriers that stand in the way of you achieving your goals. Since being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps, I have pursued my passion for supporting those who show resiliency and perseverance during difficult times in their lives. I believe in nurturing self-love, clarifying our individual set of values, and inspiring commitment towards making wholesome changes. Healing is the process of remembering the goodness within ourselves, connecting intimately to our inner world, and finding a new balance that restores our sense of integrity. Our time together will be focused on cultivating a more consistently positive self-image that is rooted in a strong sense of self-compassion and supported by secure relationships.
