Hi, I’m Jonathan. I primarily work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can explore your emotions and thoughts. In developing awareness you can begin to observe your patterns and understand where they come from. In our work together we will explore and navigate your experiences to understand their impact and develop clarity. I infuse different tools to support you to develop a language of acceptance and compassion toward yourself. Using a trauma oriented lens, I aim to help you to build a deeper mind body connection and to explore uncomfortable emotions and their impact on your life.
