Obstacles can be opportunties as we are often braver, stronger and more capable than we give ourselves credit for. I have almost twenty years of experience specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and bipolar, autism-spectrum experiences, psychosis and substance use. I use strengths and evidenced--based approaches grounded in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, narrative and motivational models.
