Introduction

At Evergreen therapy, my passion is to create an environment where you can discover and unearth what’s keeping you from thriving and flourishing where you are. Whether this is your first experience with therapy, or you find yourself needing help in a different way than before, I am delighted to be considered. I have a history of working alongside children, adolescents and adults as they overcome barriers and navigate changing seasons. I would love to support you as you root yourself through the seasons you find yourself in. Seasons change and evergreens remain bold, striking, grounded. This therapeutic environment will include an individualized approach, unconditional acceptance and a place where healing can occur in the dynamic of a safe, collaborative relationship.
